As per Allocation of Business Rules, 1961 (as Amended up to 13th Jan 2025), the Ministry Of Statistics and Programme Implementaion is mandated to undertake a range of activities.
Currently, the Infrastructure and Project Monitoring Division (IPMD) is looking after the activities as below:
1. Monitoring of projects of Rs.150 crores and above.
2. Monitoring of the performance of Infrastructure Sectors.
